Welcome to the Equifax Mortgage Gateway (EMG), your one-stop access to the broad portfolio of products Equifax Mortgage Solutions (EMS) has to offer. EMG provides easy access with the ability to manage security features and user permissions. In fact, EMG was designed with the objective to effectively function as a self-service tool, putting the control where it belongs, in the hands of your business.

The next step in the process will require the following information so we can verify your account:
  • The Account Number and the Account Invite Code provided to you by your sales representative
  • The first and last name of the contact person associated with the account
  • The Zip Code of the physical address provided for the account set up request
After the account has been verified, you will be instructed to create a supervisor user. Once created, this supervisor can create additional supervisor users and normal users for the account.
NOTE: Supervisor users may be granted access to products, but they will also have access to manage account security settings as well as the ability to create and manage users. For a more in-depth description of the user role capabilities, be sure to access the EMG user guide located under the Resource tab within the portal.
